The City of Brussels is carrying out roadworks in front of the Embassy as part of its plans to redevelop rue Guimard and the surrounding public space.
The works will not affect the Embassy’s operations, and consular appointments will continue as scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please be aware, however, that access to the Embassy is currently more difficult than usual.
- Access to the building entrance is somewhat restricted.
- Parking on rue Guimard near the Representation is currently unavailable.
The redevelopment aims to create a greener and more pedestrian- and cyclist-friendly street, with additional planting and new bicycle parking facilities.
