President Kersti Kaljulaid met with Belgian Prime Minister Sophie Wilmès on Monday 18 November 2019.

The President and the Prime Minister discussed the next MFF & budget of the EU, security situation and cooperation in NATO as well as digital development.

During the working visit to Brussels, President Kersti Kaljulaid also met with Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, the President-elect of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and President-elect of the European Council, Charles Michel.
