World Cleanup Day initiatives in Brussels

World Cleanup Day – 20 September – is an international day in the UN calendar. Actions in Brussels on Saturday 21 September.

Did you know that this incredible global movement started in Estonia? Back in 2008, about 50 000 volunteers came together to clean up their entire country in just one day! Now, millions of people across 190 countries are joining forces to clean up the planet and raise awareness about the importance of keeping our environment healthy. The initiative has even earned its place on the United Nations calendar, highlighting its global importance!
