Parliamentary elections are held in Estonia on 5 March 2023.
The right to vote abroad applies to Estonian citizens living abroad permanently and to voters who are temporarily staying abroad and are included in the list of voters.
Estonian citizens have three options for voting in a foreign country:
- Electronically
Electronic voting is available during the advance voting from 27 February until 4 March. Additional information on valimised.ee
- In a foreign representation
Voting at the Embassy takes place on Sunday, 19 February at 12:00-16:00 and on Monday, 20 February at 10:00-16:00.
- By mail
To vote by post, you must send your application to vote to the Embassy no later than 3 February 2023 ([email protected] or Rue Guimard 11/13, 1040 Brussels). Ballots must be sent back to the Embassy for 18 February 2023.
